  This time we will be talking about tender and semi tender rigs. They are one of the most commonly used rig types in offshore, especially in offshore. Semi tender and tender rigs are usually stationed beside the platform. For example (West Vencedor from Seadrill in Yetagun Campaign, Myanmar) So what are the advantages of semi/tender rigs? 1) Self-raise capability.
